It’s another School Days of Gimmick column entry. This time, my daughters took center stage at their school’s science fair.
I found their presentations very informative, especially about the impacts that energy drinks truly have on the human body, and forensic science. Both of these are similar to the type of testing and research that goes on aboard the International Space Station and many science and medical institutes. The girls did a great job of presenting elements of their separate research which basically is a precursor to a science or medical white paper.
Here are excerpts of my first daughter’s presentation . . .
The Kastle-Meyer Presumptive Blood Test.
And my other daughter’s presentation is shown below in the following images:
The girls had some great guidance from their Mom who by the way just earned her MS in Nursing (congrats, Honey)!
And my girls earned highest places in the competition! Congratulations girls on your success, and your Mom and I are very proud! You definitely earned some sodas from your brother and I too! I believe your projects have strong applications for space science related health. Well done!
